You liked the page, and then nothing appeared in your feed. No great mystery: the news feed decides what you see, and a quiet page can vanish from view within weeks.

Following alone is no longer enough

A 'Like' from ten years ago doesn't count for much now. To bring our posts back onto your screen, open the page, tap Following, then Favourites: it moves back to the top of your feed. Then go into notifications and tick Posts, so you're alerted every time something new goes up.

Twenty seconds of tapping around and it's done. A page in Favourites stays in the loop; the rest drift away without warning.

Beauty in one lane, health in another

When it comes to health and wellbeing, we stay in our lane: prevention, risk factors, follow-up. Here, nothing replaces a doctor or pharmacist, and any post promising a result on your skin by a set date can be scrolled past.

A comment counts for more than a thumbs-up

What keeps a page alive isn't the absent-minded like; it's the comment and the link you send a friend. Feedback that explains something — 'light texture, tested for you' — counts for more than a pile of thumbs-up.

Your task for today: add the page to Favourites, then tell us in the comments what you want us to test next.
